NIMAS Development Committee disbanded

The NIMAS Development Committee ceased to exist as of 9/30/07 and a NIMAS Development Committee Archive for 2004–2007 has been created.

The NIMAS Development Committee has concluded its work to finalize the technical specification for NIMAS version 1 and to create a foundation for its implementation and has now been replaced by the National Instructional Materials Accessibility Standard (NIMAS) Board and a NIMAS Implementation Advisory Council to address the evolution of the NIMAS and support for its implementation in states. An archive of the Committee’s materials has been prepared for the period 2004–2007.
